120d m sport 3dr or 320d SE?

Choosing a new company car soon and can't decided which one of the above to get. I am going to test drive both next week but just after some peoples opinions. The 3 series isn't available as m sport otherwise it would be a no brainier, There is something about the SE spec that just looks rather basic compared to the m sport and also im not sure if its a bit to grown up for me im only 23 and kind of think the 1 series hatch suits me better.

well this is what i was hoping, but i only have a few weeks to order the car.
