Been meaning to post this up since I picked this up way back in late July, my excuse has been I've been too busy enjoying it! This is the first car I have bought myself, my previous driving experience being a few years spent driving mk3 Ford Mondeos! Graduating and getting a new job meant I needed a new car, and I looked at a few different things but settled on this as a perfect balance between fun, usability and running costs.. Anyway - enough boring talk, pics!

Day after driving her home.. Obviously outside of Lambo Birmingham (Spot the Aventador Roadster..)

With a Driver-Focused friend..

After a good wash

So far I've changed over the front pads and disks (respectively), not really considering doing much else as I think these things work so well as-is. I did make my own bluetooth connection though, and saved a fair few quid. Open to suggestions!

It's been a fantastic car, very reliable and incredible fun to drive. The steering can be a bit heavy, especially at low speed car park maneuvring speeds, but it feels spot-on when you're really making progress. Cheeky bits of lift-off oversteer at low speeds in the wet keep things lively too.

Thanks for reading!

Looks great smile Was going to get one of these myself but went for a Fiesta Metal edition in the end with similar specs to the swift.

I must say I didn't pay much attention when I bought it - but I haven't seen another with them! How do you find the fuel consumption? boxedin

I have a full HKS exhaust system and HKS induction...getting a maximum of 33mpg. Missed the good 45-48mpg I used to get when standard frown

Edited: Mine when it had all it's show items attached biggrin

That's easy, just reset the trip the next time you fill up. The next time you put fuel in, look at how many miles you've done. Divide the number of litres you put in by 4.54 to get gallons, and divide your miles travelled by the gallons used.

Miles per gallon smile

Nice car btw, very rare to see a colour coded one!
