WICH SPARK PLUGS FOR TVR TUSCAN 3.6

I want to change my spark plugs on my tuscan mk1 3.6 (2004).
I want to use NGK R with references DCPR8E.
Is it good for a tuscan 3.6 and how many miles did you must changing the spark plugs.

Yup, you need DCPR8E - Standard recommended plug. P.S. I change them every year as I sprint/hillclimb (Speed 6 - Tam tho!) with mine. 8-))
