07 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso - Key Fob resync?
Discussion
Trying to help a friend out, apparently a suggestion of burning the car isn't helpful...
Her C4 keyfob started getting a bit low on battery, so she had it replaced. Now it won't do anything at all. I talked her through the only method I knew of re-syncing the keyfob (ign to acc, press and hold blip, ign to off, wait) but it's doing sod all.
Anyone know the correct method for certain?
Many thanks.

Our family s
twagon had the same thing apart from the battery died in both keys, replaced batteries and nothing worked. Citroen dealers said they wouldn't reprogram and needed new keys. I didn't believe them, 2 keys failing at exactly the same time? Turns out they were right, one new key later and everything working again.
Typically french car keys but the rest of the thing has been unbelievably reliable despite being abused for years. I wish the thing would die so I can buy something a bit better, but seems daft as it is worth nothing and the kids all adore it. It's the only car they want to ride in.
