Just fixed this on mine. Mine was the door microswitch. If you unscrew the 3 screws that hold the metal plate on and spray the microswitch with contact cleaner, it should start working. Check the microswitch arm is being hit by the door mechanism, it may need bending a bit. Hope that fixes it!

My gut feeling for this is the small pcb on the window lift motor (aka: window encoder).They are very prone to getting damp and sending confusing signals to the door ecu.
I had exactly the same problem last week, window was barely dropping enough to clear 'hockey-stick' trim on opening, and on shutting door, would sometimes not lift window to fully closed.
Luckily had spare encoder in garage, swapped over and all good now.
