When you see calorie values for meat, that is always for uncooked. My question is;
If you had a steak that raw had 185 calories per 100 grammes, so a 200g steak would be 370 calories in its raw state.

Now, let's say you grill it, so no added oil or anything...would it be less calories after you cook it or the same-my thinking is that it would have to be less as you lose fats etc while being grilled?

Any help would be appreciated.

As well as the fats dripping out a lot of water MAY be lost depending on how well/badly the steak was cooked. This water loss will distort any measurements based on weight. I imagine the total calories to be similar but it will weigh less.

Edit: Cooking can alter the bioavailability of nutrients, so I presume the dietary calorie content can also change through cooking* as the food changes to it's cooked state. (*beyond fats leaking out.)
