So you don't like google ads because they are getting to arsey ... so you take on another company and give us SPAM ads that link to scams ....

Having not used the classifieds in anger now for about a year I can't really comment but it doesn't seem to be going to well!!

Its got to the point i can no longer post from my mobile or tablet
If i'm not getting a 500 error i'm getting a 41Someething error so i switch to desktop mode and the fancy text entry box covers up the Submit button!!

I understand things can't be rushed but surely you should test these things before you put them live?
Or if they don't work once live switch back until the V2 is ready
They worked well before it was bought over .....

How can a business expect this to run when you are slowly alienating all the people who use it ....

It's all gone a bit to pot since Stuart left. I've also noticed that where as Stuart was very active on the Forums, we don't see any mention of the new honcho (who as an ex Auto-trader person presumably was brought in for the classifieds). Garlick also around less. There's a new forum person, but no-one really know where he stands in.

It's telling that thread in Website feedback are often left stagnant, ignored by staff, despite it being the very place that staff are expected to be watching, at least by us users.

IMO the forum desperately needs a boss who has some time to interact.

Hopefully the proof is not in the writing on the wall.

I agree with that. I'm guessing eybic is the person that was successful in getting the job that Garlick advertised.

I complained about this exact problem a very long time ago. The answer was basically that they knew the problem existed but wanted to do away with / remake the mobile website anyway so it wasn't going to be fixed..

God knows how long later and it still doesn't work right...
