APMPQ qualification

Has anyone done the APMPQ qualification?, I've got a one day prep course and the two day assemsment in March and just wondered what the format was like, how intense it is, what is expected and if there was any good pre-reading available. I was happy with the APMP exam which was just a case of revising and reciting but assume this is somewhat different given the format. Cheers.
