What kind of sale price do people think would make this a viable charter business ? By viable I mean making decent money after all overheads (including finance/depreciation/fuel/staff/mooring etc) based on being available for charter 48 weeks of the year (Summer Med/Winter Carribean).

48 weeks available for charter is one thing but true season even with med and Caribean is much much less.

Realistic charter is probably only 10-12 weeks a year..

Reserve is 2 million Euro, plus VAT plus fees, but I was told that the seller is motivated so they would be open to offers.

A lot of boat for the money.
