Wedges in/near Fife, Scotland?

[JumboBeef]

I'm (hopefully) going to be a proud owner of a Wedge in the not too distant future. Loved them since when I sat in a new one in the 1980's......however, I haven't sat in one since so I should really "try one for size" before buying one.

I live in Fife. Is there anyone with a Wedge who would like to meet up for a cup of tea/pint/cake/burger and bring their Wedge? (or I could visit them).

Thanks!

The driving position is very good. Anyone that has met me knows that I'm "pint size" and I fit just fine in a wedge, as do much taller/wider people!

Pm johnny wedgie... He's based in scotland.

I've got one as well, have no idea what it is but it is a wedge.

I'm in Musselburgh. Theres another in Kirkliston. Come along to Menstrie on the first Sunday of the month to the TVR club monthly meet for a bite to eat and a chat.I wont make this Sunday, but happy to meet up. Although mine is a FHC 2.8 and not standard, so wont give a true reflection.

Hi Jumbobeef,

It is at Broomhall Castle, about 1pm. There are usually mainly "S" Types, Chims attending. I'm usually there in the Wedge, and occasionally another may turn up. As I said I can't make this weekend, not sure if any other wedges will be there.
Happy to meet up if you like, or wait till first Sunday in March?
The owner, Ty, has a lovely Wedge that he might let you see!

I will try to make Sunday. I am on nights over the weekend, so I might be a bit zombie and not stay too long but I will try to get there.

Thanks again!

Well, it was a nice run out to the castle today. Only four TVRs there, and no wedges so it was greatly appreciated that I could see your Wedge Ty. Ya, I can fit in a Wedge! Thanks again Ty, and hopefully I will see you and hear your wonderful Wedge in action one day.
