Ford FINIS codes or part numbers?

Anyone have access to Ford's parts system?

I'm trying to find a FINIS or part number for a L/H rear door edge protector for a 2013 Focus that my wife helpfully broke.

I can find the fronts online but strangely not the rears.

Much googling gets me nowhere

Why not just go to your local dealers parts department. The part might not be that expensive.

I've tried phoning two. Both neither had a clue what I was on about hence if I had a FINIS code I could just quote that.

Then why not take the car to the dealer and get the guy at the desk to come and see which part it is a you might just be explaining it badly to them across the phone?

I have now found the part number and no-one holds it in stock - has to be ordered. Fair enough but in your scenario that's two trips where now it's only one to pick it up.


Oh and how I described it was how it's described in the owners manual and on Ford's website.

It would have been two trips but you wouldn't of had to phone half a dozen people and ask on the internet to get the right part. You would have had the part ordered and even possibly fitted by now.
