Anyone know where this part fits in a Herald Solex carb??

Just in the process of rebuilding my Herald 1200 Solex carb. Bought the rebuild kit pictured below. Can anyone tell Me where the little green gasket fits thats shaped like a propeller? I cant find one in my old carb. I'm totally puzzled as to where it goes or is it one of those bits that you get sometimes thats simply not required?? Cheers!

so it's probably surplus - these kits are made to fit loads of different variants, and I've always ended up with a surprising amount of stuff left over.

Yeah thats the diagram from Canleys isnt it? I had a look on there myself. Cheers, it must be surplus just wanted a second opinion really.

Looks to be the same shape as the power valve diaphragm on similar carbs only it looks like its surplus on yours.
