Well, got the flat battery sorted on the Tamora, but now the hazard warning lights are stuck on and won't turn off. Is this something to do with the alarm losing battery power or does anyone know of a way of getting them to stop again?!

Immediate fix would be to remove the hazard warning light fuse. Simple and quick and you will still have indicator function. However no hazard warning lights.

My car has does this every now and then, when arming or disarming the alarm. I believe its related to a solenoid sticking inside the alarm unit itself. (info courtesy of another PH member)

Re-energizing of the alarm might have caused it to stick.

I´d try to disconnect the battery for a few seconds and then reconnect. Have the keys safely in your pocket, ready to unlock the car since the car will lock and arm the alarm when reconnecting the battery and start to scream straight away. The Meta sometimes hangs up when recharging a dead battery back to life.

Björn.

Fuse 31 (15A). Also give the centre relay a tap down the middle strip of the fuse board this is the flasher relay. If you find its not the relay or the alarm control box causing the problem I would look at the relay splice as I think the indicators run through this too although I might be wrong.
