Is it possible to fit a 7" diff?

Searches on this forum and other sites have not answered the above so I'm asking if anyone can help.
The 7" with push in drive shafts is the one to be installed.
The internals look totally different although they're supposed to be the same.
I was hoping to swap all the internals and not have the job of making it fit.
Will the 100mm drive flanges fit into the 7" carrier?
Are the centres the same for a 7" ie will it line up ok with spacers?
Any advice gratefully received.

81mph at 3000rpm
I can always put the 3.62 back if it doesn't feel right.

I was under the impression you could get that ratio for the 7.5" diff too.

Never seen one in the wild though.

I would actually like that ratio for mine should anyone have one?

Iirc there is a good diff summary on one of the locost sites.
