Right gone to power up the nob tonight after transplant and some weird things are happening. Things like window wipers, dash lights, interior light and gearbox pump seem to be working. But i think the ecu isn't powering up. fuel pumps not priming and most of the warning lights and dash buttons are not illuminated or working.
Does anyone have an idea where to start looking?
I am still running the same ECU without a different map. Could this be the problem? i'm not attempting to fire up, just trying to get all the electrics ready!
Cheers

What warning lights are you supposed to have? Is it not just the battery, oil pressure and handbrake or do you have others?

Hi lads. none of the warning lights are coming on. i guess i just need to get all anal with the wiring. i have changed so much and it was so long ago that i started, i just can remember what goes where.
Typically how many wires should i have going to the + and the Neg terminals on the batt?

I think the immobilizer is fine as after pressing the button once it locks the doors.

I THINK theres just one on the negative.
Theres 2 on the pos though. One to the starter and the other to the rear 80amp fuse. If your lights and stuff is working then powers going through that fuse.

The ecu fuses ok in the engine bay?

Fuse 9 provides power to those warning lights. Do you have a voltage there?

Reverse lights come from the same fuse. Do they work?
