Cornwall Boat Accident- investigation verdict

Very sad for all involved, but it seems the accident was a result of some poor boatmanship. Inexperience from the mother driving, the father grabbing the helm and carrying out a dangerous manoevre throwing everyone out the boat, and the deaths and serious injuries a result of no kill cord being used.
EDIT - for accuracy's sake, obviously when I say verdict, I meant results of the investigation...
