Roof blisters

Bought my Chim 8 months ago with a new roof fitted.I have noticed recently that that there are a couple of blisters in the roof panel,about the size of a 10p.Near the lip that fits to the screen.Has anybody an idea of the cause and is it an easy fix.

Could contact the person you bought it off with a view to supplier of the new roof to put it right
