Have fun at Oulton guys. From April for me.

Missing my local track. The Zedd will go for full service in March then out to play smile

Hope i can do 4 or 5 Oulton's this year, love the track smile

True, but 21st/25th are cheaper and I‘ll just be happy if the car doesn‘t let me down smile

I was there yesterday and had a great day even if I wasn't the fastest car ever (silver Skoda Fabia diesel smoke machine)

Car only let me down at the end of the day a tiny bit which compared to my cracked exhaust manifold the last time I went, is a vast improvement.

Some some nice cars on the day, but it felt good to keep up and overtake some cars which clearly never went on the public road, when mine is my daily driver as well as my track toy.

I saw your there - impressed to see a diesel fab on track and you were definitely shifting. Did i spot a side exit exhaust too?

We were in Garage 17, Tintop prepped Civic, Corrado VR6 and my 325 trackslag - Here are a few phone pics from the day:

Really good value for money and I'd forgotten how awesome Oulton is to drive - the weather was a little changeable at the beginning of the day but towards the end the track was pretty much bone dry!

Ahh I saw you a few times in the Hoonigan Beemer! It was a bloody brilliant day, I thought! Considering the £109 price it couldn't have got much better. biggrin

I was there in a blue Clio Cup.. had a nice 3-way with another blue Cup and a red (I assume) Trophy. Oulton has to be my favourite UK track so far.. I should be there again in March. smile

Nice to see a few guys off Pistonheads today. Unfortunately I didn‘t get many laps in and had to call it a day early as I was getting horrific vibration through the brakes after a couple of hard braking zones from speed. Couldn‘t figure it out/fix it there and then.

Thanks to Harry for use of garage for tool storage smile And thanks to everyone who complimented my car despite it not working 100% smile

I remember the "harlequin" BMW - Looked to be going well too. My fabia does have side exit yes - just one silencer in a 3" bore system and out the side. NIce and simple. Running around 280bhp, but unfortunately a 5 door hatch with a lump of pig iron up front is never going to handle A1 - but she performed as well as I could have hoped really, and I passed a few cars that I would normally have considered to out perform my car - The odd Clio, Scooby WRX - and the odd car which clearly didn't drive to the circuit using its own engine, and certainly didn't drive 200 miles home after either. biggrin I keep my car as much as possible as a daily driver, as a track toy.

Nice to meet you there too, I didn't realize that you had had problems, sorry to hear that and I hope it didn't spoil your day too much smile

Ah i have just connected the dots. I thought you were just changing/rotating tyres a lot. I was in the garage just in front of you, in a silver MX5
