Autotrader tells you how far away a car is from your inputted postcode but its hard to locate it exactly without putting in other postcodes and seeing if you are getting warm or not!
Has anyone found a website that will plot a position from distances to another postcode.
Point x is 60 miles from a swindon postcode and 115 from a coventry one etc?

Autotrader gives you a rough idea, if you're interested in a car just use google maps and see what the directions tool gives as overall mileage

You can work it out slowly with 4 or 5 postcodes but a simple trig tool would locate it exactly.
Must be something out there.

Yep, change your postcode to another to get a second mileage reading. Google for a website that will let you draw circles on a google map, then plot two circles of the correct radius centred on your post codes. The circles will intersect at two places, the car's at one of them. Add a third circle from another postcode to determine which.

Edit: Something like this: http://www.freemaptools.com/radius-around-point.ht...

Thanks Richie. That allows you to overlay lots of circles!
