hi, im looking for some advice. im about to order some epoxy primer from rustbuster's, it's called custom 421. my compressor is only 2.5hp and 90L. my question is. Do i want a HVLP or LVLP gun and what size nozzle would you recommend. even better if you could recommend a gun off the net that will work with my compressor and this type of paint. i am doing up my mk1 escort and will probably only use it the one time for the primer, i know nothing about painting cars so appreciate any help. cheers.

When you order you need to ask for the product "TDS" all the info you require will be on them, inc nozzle size, pressure rate, % activator and thinners etc.
Although the product itself doesn't contain isocyanides the hardener may, so best to take the appropriate precautions.

ok found "tds custom 421" on the net but can't see anything about what pressure is needed to spray it or nozzle size, it does tell you about thinning it though.

In that case you need to get onto them and tell them their TDS are incomplete,
