Half shafts

Im getting some half shfts made. Can anyone tell me the legnth of the shafts.

How do you know when they are worn out ?

They're not worn out, just getting some stronger ones made. I've bought some M/T's and putting a line lock in. Don't want to take the chance of breakage.

Have a word with Neal1980, sure he posted a few days ago that he had just had some unbreakable one offs made for a good price.

Those are the ones, but I need the measurements to order.

They are about half the price No TVR tax.

I do wonder if you rang DM and said it was for a kitcar would they be that price

I had to change the lengths as I fitted a BTR diff and moved it over slightly.

Just get a length of the standard ones from someone I've cut my old ones sorry

My BTR fit without adapting the drive shafts, was a bit of a squeeze though

Anyone got any pictures of the GKN to BTR conversion ,Are there any fabricated parts available to convert it ?

I got some BTR diff brackets from a chimaera then expected to bolt it straight in....that didn't happen it was completely wrong the chassis must be different. The top mount fitted fine although it needed beefing and the side ones were cut and modified and very beefed. Not driven it yet but did it more for strength and also a nice quaife will slot in there.
