Road Angel subscription question

I'm toying with buying one of the new Road Angels - they look nice and tidy compared to the first version. Question - do people keep up their subscriptions or do they let them lapse? Is it possible to reactivate a subscription, say after a year. I think the subscription cost is a bit steep that's all.

Also, there seem to be new versions of the various jammers on the market now

Snooper 920, Target LT400 - any comments on these newer models or any others on the market?

I might get a Road Angel while at Mhttp://www. if they have a stall/any special offers ...

You can renew the subscription online at any point in the future as I can see it. My subscription had lapsed and I didn't have any problems.
