I've not camped at Silverstone before, so know nothing of how the sites work/location etc, but as this year is over the Easter Weekend its looking like we'll go for it. (weather permitting....not going to sleep in a wetsuit and lifejacket!) So I'll pay close attention to this thread and by the time Easter comes I'll be an expert !!

I have gone for Travelodge Northampton again this year. last year the weather was abysmally wet and was pleased I wasn't camping.

I have booked a travelodge too. Cheaper than camping and with proper beds!!

Dadford Road campsite is open for WEC. It's £15 for Saturday night or £30 for Friday, Saturday & Sunday night (That's for 2 adults, 2 children, tent or caravan and car. Extra adults £10 per night). I use it for parking on the F1 weekend. It's about 5 minutes walk from Club corner or you can always drive up to the main car park if your not having a beer as I think it's free that weekend. I'm not connected to the business in anyway just was considering it myself.
