plastic bush for rear clam hinge

i seem to have lost one of the plastic bushes for the rear clam hinge. Has someone got a spare that you could part with?

if you're really stuck and nobody else responds with one give me a shout and I can probably turn something up.

Turning it is simple, it's popping my one off to measure that's probably the bigger pain.

Could be a week or 2 though!
