As title, quite fancy adding a conservatory to give more space downstairs, any recommendations in our area?

Yes - the company that fitted ours I wouldn't trust to errect a self-setting tent TBH. I don't want to fall foul of PH rules so PM me if you want the name - they're one of the bigger installers and irnonically win lots of awards. I struggle to describe what an awful experience we had.

If you go or a larger installer don't go with the 'buy one get one free, I say buy one get one free' mob, whose name suggests that they may fit stylish windows without any accidents.

They fitted windows to our house in the past. When we bought it and had a survey done they hadn't installed lintels in some and in others cut the lintels into odd shapes to fit the brickwork.

I'd hate to see the mess they would make of a conservatory!
