Hiring a Mazda RX-8 - is it possible??

[PompeyPaul]

I want to hire a Mazda RX-8 for a couple of days, just to get driving it for a prolonged period out of my system. It is one of my guilty pleasures, but all the reviews about engines and woeful MPG (in relation to actual performance) mean its not going to be suitable for a daily drive.

I am near Portsmouth, Hampshire. Google doesn't seem to bring anything up - just links to various main stream rental firms that don't actually stock it.

Does anyone know of anyone that may hire these out?

It's hard to imagine anyone would rent them out... Your best bet is finding someone who'll let you drive theirs.
