Does anyone else have the Sky+ advert on PH expand constantly, even when minimised?

It's infuriating!!!

Have just been browsing the classifieds and I gave up in the end as any page I clicked got filled with Bear Grylls' face!!!

I have given up trying to look at PH ads on my tablet (android / chrome),so I can only assume they have moved on from Nissan Squashedfly to Sky.

If I were an advertiser, I would be pretty peed off with PH by now.

It would appear that PH don't care, however.

This is a pain in the arse. The ad says 'click to expand' it doesn't need clicking and just takes over.

It is appearing every time I click something in the classifieds, with no way of reporting it or closing it.

Seriously taking the piss.

The adverts on PH are getting out of hand, from this to the stupid "you may like" at the bottom. I know its revenue but its going to drive away a lot of users I think.

Yep, same for me. Every new page opened in classifieds results in an auto scroll downwards as the ad opens and then scrolls back up again a short while later. I would have thought a click on the cross to keep the ad closed would be remembered for all future pages?

Tried looking for a new car on PH. Just can't be arsed now due to that Sky advert. Its annoying. Might have a look over on autotrader till its gone or the problems been resolved.

Doesn't your web-monkey do any cross-browser testing?

Much more likely to be deliberate by the advertiser (Sky's own guidelines do seem to allow auto expanding ads - http://www.skymedia.co.uk/Advertising-platforms/On...

I believe PH don't allow it, so they should sort it if they haven't already (Sky don't seem to think I'm worth pitching too), if anything would stop me using a website it's expanding ads, so hopefully this will remain PH policy.

Sorry guys, this is being worked on.

I would suggest reporting a thread like this then it appears in the moderator section so we know to check the thread out, either that or send myself, Garlick or Lee a message and we will respond.

Thank you

An annoyingly massive KIA ad just took over my entire window with post-it notes or something.

We reported that a while ago, it should have gone now.

"you might also be interested in . . . " - (I'm not) was bad enough but
that Kia advert taking over the whole screen is not acceptable.
Some sort of ad blocker will get installed if it continues

the you might be interested in is a waste of fking space and as for the 'remove' option... seriously??? do some testing before putting stuff out that doesn't work in the slightest (or at least it seems not to for me!)
