Done. How much emphasis on 20 zones? I have a crisp shiny fiver says that regardless of the results, they will happen anyway.

I've even joined the Parish Council to try and stop the foolishness.

Yes. Speed calming measures and 20 mph zones seem to feature quite heavily.

I left a nice comment at the end though about how speed isn't the main issue. I mentioned drink driving, tired driving, drugged driving, paying attention, badly maintained cars etc. I bet they won't take note of any of them.
