No paw/slobber marks on the tyre.
No paw marks in the debris, which seems remarkably localised.
Suspiciously regular scratch marks on the wing.
Dog goes psychotic after 3 years?
The dog doesn't have swelling or bleeding around the lips/nose/muzzle (imagine chewing on GRP yourself).
