Tempted by the bank manager

Went to chat to the bank on Monday. Mrs Bills and I are buying an investment flat and need to juggle money around for a couple of months to make all the incomings and outgoings match up. So I thought a bank loan might help - for cashflow rather than long term funding.
The bank are not prepared to lend for the purposes of a property purchase so I suggested a car loan - as it may take me a few months to find a suitable purchase, ahem. Would £25k be possible (thinking 996 Turbo of course)?
He said yes
DAMN!!!
I know the message: JFDI
But the repayments would stretch the budgets, and possibly Mrs Bills' patience, to breaking point.
How do I resist? It might lead to divorce but at the moment that is not entirely decisive.
