M-Class/ML 1998-2004 interior dimensions?

I can only find measurements for the newer ML series.

Looking at stripping out the rear seats and using it as a van, so the dimensions I’m looking for are:

Interior floor to roof, or seat base to roof.

Rear hatch door opening height.

From rear hatch door to back of front seats.
