Hey all not been here for a while.

Just thought I would give you a update on my 2006 AMV8.

Basicly ever since I got a A45 AMG in Sept 2013 the poor fella has been sitting on the drive waiting to be driven.

I do try to take it out every now and then to simple hear the V8 clear its lungs but I just cant stop picking the AMG keys up.

What do you think time to sell?

Had to Google what it is.
It's a hot hatch daily car it's hardly a Aston.
Maybe you should sell and move on.

It is time to sell....... To get a 4.7 >2009 model. Your hot hatch will be consigned to trips to B&Q and getting baby sick on the upholstery.

Some interesting comments but expected I suppose.

Its just that the A45 is so god dam good guys it really is. Its speed is so insane I don’t think a 4.7 would be enough off a step up to compensate. I think the only way to solve this would be a V12 or maybe a MP12... (but the wife would defiantly kill me if I relocated £150k out of the house found)

I defiantly need my head examined. I mean look at that OTT aero on the A45, I should hate it but I just love the way you feel like a mini DTM racer every time you slip into the amazing Recaro seats and grab hold of the Alcantara steering wheel.

The other thing I was thinking was maybe starting a car rental company and using the Am as the founding car, then again I was also thinking about converting it into a GT4 track car. Oh the options.

Thinking about it I dont think I will sell up I just cant do it to the poor Am.

Bin the Aston, you obviously have no interest in it. It's a car, not a person. Let someone else enjoy it before it gets in a state through not being driven and throws up some big bills.

If was was still a 17 year old scally I'd be all over that Merc.

Thankfully I grew up, hence the Aston.

The Aston Martin looks great, but I think your photograph could have been better.

There is some sort of small hatchback car in the foreground, spoiling the view of the Vantage.

I don't know what the white hatchback is, there are so many these days,
and they all look the same to me. -> smile

Yes, time to sell the A-Class if not being used, but after less than 6 months ownership, Ouch £ !

You’re just going through a bit of a crisis having had all that work done on the house, new front window, front door? smile

Keep em both, there’re both great cars. Love the pops and bangs from the A45.
