I put this photo. done by hand. One problem in the summer ... in Italy ... if you let the sun, burns hand!

Make it simple

The Teflon one weight only 35 gramms, aluminium looks great but weights 175 gramms...

Remember porsche Lemans racer (917) has a shift knob in balsa.

Make thing complex is easy, make them easy is complex :-) (my actual devise)

Thanks,I have given up asking these types of questions on the Ultima forum, I have found a solution through my own efforts.
