Just that. Was just in the Post Office and a woman was applying for a new one, as her's was stolen. Why? If everything is computerised now, what's the point?
Tax disc refund? I have had my tax disc holder (with disc in it) snapped off my bike so many times now that I have given up putting it on and have it in my wallet. Not sure how you would get it stolen out of a car though..
