First time - Where to start?
Discussion
Evening everyone,
We (me + fiancee) have decided that this is the year we'll finally take the plunge and go and see the Le Mans 24 hour race with our own eyes rather than through the TV screen. We bought a Land Rover Discovery a few months ago so have plenty of room for camping equipment (and beer) but don't really know where to start...is there an "idiot's guide to Le Mans"?

Also try the Beer Mountain website. It was my first time last year and although we opted for the PH/1st Tickets option (including the glamping/catering option), we did our research to ensure that we were suitably prepared. It was so good, we vowed before we came home to do it again and are booked with PH/1st Tickets again this year - you will have an amazing time

All you need to get now is a camping ticket, but these can be obtained later if you do not want the "better" campsites, for first timers the the forums and web sites like beermountain and club arnarge are full of information. Be warned that it can be addictive and visit once and 30 years later you are still going
