Error when posting from iPhone

Quite often if I post a reply to a thread from my iPhone5, I get the following error message:
Sorry! An Error occurred. Please click a link in the navigation at the top of the page to continue. There has been a problem with content delivery. 417 Expectation Failed.

It's been happening for a few weeks now, please sort it
