I was cycling yesterday morning along the lane where I live in swanley kent , when a brand new white gt3 comes towards me!
I flagged the driver down , and we had a really good chat about his new toy.

White with ceramics. Car looked sensational , great to see one in the flesh.
He was loving the pdk , and the whole experience of the car.
apparantly the first car delivered by tonbridge.

As you can imagine , he had a smile as wide as owning the car would give!
He even offered me a ride! , sadly I had no where to put my bike…

He made off and it sounded like a racing car.
What a car and what a nice chap for spending the time and sharing.

Made my day.

Always nice to have people smile and wave, I always give it a bit of beans when I see young lads pointing, reminds me when I was little, makes a change from wker signs and the finger!

Hi Dave

I'm the guy in the GT3 last week.

Thank you for your kind comments. As you could tell I'm absolutely loving the car.

It's always nice to share your experiences with a like minded enthusiast, shame you couldn't come out in the car,

Good luck with finding a Boxter spyder !

Love43, thanks for your reply . And welcome to the site. Your car is the hot topic so plenty of good reading on here for you.

i hope the reaction to the car has been good , i nearly wobbled into the bushes when you came down the lane!

i have been in lots of Ferraris and porsches over the years but i still turn into a schoolboy when up close ha ha!

i should have bought a new boxster spyder 3 years ago but the timing wasn't right . I have 2 young kids and this takes most of my time , but all good.

in a couple of years i will be ready to take the plunge with a Porsche. I even have the green light from the mrs!

hopefully they release a new version of the spyder that will be good timing for me.i peer through the window of Porsche canary wharf every week like a big kid when i escape the office....

take care , david

I have a 911 (996T), and four bikes. Can I respect myself?

4bikes! , that's just greedy , you only have 1 ar*e!

after working in private banking for too long being surrounded by the very wealthy looking after same , i admire the trappings rather than being a hater.
