Photoshop help

Ladies and gents could some one please help with this
I am trying to remove the part that says XXX Main and replace with
the cash convertors logo , dont ask its a long story .

Please help if poss as i am useless at PS

Hey Guys,

rather than setting up a new thread altogether I thought I may as well just hijack this one :-) Apologies OP.
Could someone change the text on this election poster (Yes she does look decidedly like Fernando Torres). I need to change Hildergarde to Micheal and where it says a fairer Ireland I need FACTer.... I've tried to do this all morning and hey are getting suspicious of me at work due to my lack of movement and outbursts of frustration. I'll be able to manage the face change myself. Thanks.
