Coming on nicely in the body shop after an M5 removed a rear light cluster at Silverstone in November, i thought it was a good opportunity to upgrade to the later quad lights (personal i know).
I cannibalized the donor car for the later wishbones (2002 car) had the uprights too, and freshly powder coated them, they were in outstanding condition, and you cant have too many spares!!

Went and collected her, and she looks superb!!!!
I am bonding the light lenses and badging it myself, just out of interest i asked how much a full paint would be and he said £2500+vat, this is good value compared to some of the prices that are banded around from the TVR "specialists".
Contact details for anyone who may be interested PJB Accident repairs ltd, Birmingham. Ask for Scott.

I like the colour combined with the black rims, which are very nice with a good offset at the rear. Mean looking Cerby.

Stunning ! Is that Formula Red ?
They say red is always a tough colour to match due to fade.
Any thing you can notice ?

I'm tempted at £2,500 for a full re spray when home in the summer.

Thanks!
Yes its formula red, its a very good match, its had the doors rear quarters, boot lid and complete back end painted.
If anything the mirrors look a little off under flouro lighting in the garage, but they are plastic and the rest is fibreglass, but its really knitpicking.
The standard of finish is outstanding, even under the rear valance where you might get lazy is great.
I will fit her up this week and over to Power to set the Geo next hopefully..
Job done! smile

Brummie, That looks really good,
I am waiting for the return of our car after a bit of repair and re-spray and I think he may come in a little cheaper than £2500, I will wait to see the final results before I say who, but I have seen his work and it is really good.

Careful lads - that's £2500 PLUS VAT = £3000. teacher
Fantastic results, Brummie - anyone who can keep up with you will need shades to reduce the glare off that lacquer!

Big fan of the later rear lights, although I think I would have gone clear lamps for the indicators...

The car is looking stunning, cerbera really suits that red.

Out of curiosity, is the price for a same colour respray or a complete different colour?

I did not ask that, i paid £1200 inc VAT, but there was a fair bit of prep work on my quarter panel.
I could have paid a little less elsewhere, but i have seen these guys work a couple of times on friends cars, and they always impress.

Looking good Paul! all the best TVR's are red! I know what you mean about the TVR specialist their prices are crazy it's only 2 pack on glass fibre any paint shop worth their salt can do an excellent job. I'll bring using my mates. Company in Skipton... He has contracts with Porsche, Toyota and Range Rover + he did my TVR powered Westfield V8

The blue one Seen hear at Le-Mans

I'm having the Tamora done in the same colour at mates rates smile

It almost looks like a Tommy Kaira, but the sides dont look the same. Would be interested to know too.

Looks the most likely option, but I wasn't sure.
