Posting photos with Android.

My phone is the main device I use for browsing, I have however a new problem with this, I have a Galaxy Note 3, this is a new phone and as yet wont let me post pictures.
The phone it replaced was an HTC Sensation, the procedure is the same but on the new phone the pictures wont resize, I am aware this is probably my phone, but will someone tell me how to do it, cheers.

It doesn't resize automatically, so you need to do it on your phone before uploading. Your old phone probably didn't have a good enough camera to need to.

In gallery edit the image and select export. You're able to resize it there.
