How Do I Get Out Of This?

Caught doing 38 in a 30 in a comapny car by mobile speed camera hidden in a bush I think. NIP gone to lease company who returned it with details of company I work for. They have tracked me down as driver and are returning details so I expect NIP through soon. I'm checking with lease company about when they received NIP as if they didn'y get it until after 14 days then I think i'm ok. Has anyone any suggestions to get out of this regarding NIP, calaibrations etc. Any help gratefully appreciated
