Why would I sell?
If my faculties deteriorate to the point where I wasnt enjoying each drive.

Very well built, it weighs nothing, has perfect handling, telepathic steering and skinny tyres - this means maximum interaction with the road surface and the ability to explore the levels of 'grip' at relatively low speeds.
You can also put a family in it and go on holiday.
A car that (in standard form) actually lives up to the hype and accolades (then and now) and exceeds your expectations, every drive.

Owned for 18 years and still going stronger than ever with nearly 200K on the clock.
I have used it for everyday, and for track days, never misses a beat and delivers a direct connection to the road surface at all times. It gets everything it needs and wants to look and drive fantastic.
I cannot be persuaded to sell it, in fact may be buried in it!

Posting on behalf of my dad here, but his long term keeper would be his rare (approx 11 in the UK), 1998 registered, factory X50 (450bhp) 993 Turbo. Around 32k (iirc) miles and multiple award and concours winning.
I can't remember how long he's had it, but it's around 8 years at least.
I don't think he'll ever sell it.
