Uprated brake kits including callipers
Discussion
I found this website last night:
http://reyland.squarespace.com/tvr/
They do complete front brake kits (some with six-pot callipers) for the Griffith and chimaera. I emailed them to ask if they had any thoughts about doing some sets for the later 'T' cars, and I got this response:
" Hi Chris,
The only reason we list the earlier models is because that's what weve been asked for, it's not a problem for us to make a kit to suit your car but we need to start with either a hub and a wheel or the loan of a car for a week. Do you know if the hub used on a Tamora is specific to that car only or did TVR use another manufacturers hub like they did on the earlier cars?"
I am not sure of the difference in hubs, does anyone know?
Cheers

Front upright is TVR specific. Having been in Topcats LS T350 and seeing Warren brake in it I would say leave them alone.http://reyland.squarespace.com/tvr/

His brakes are standard and were unbelievable..
Don't even go there...
I spoke to Martin at Reyland at great length last year about doing brake kits for the Tamora. The plan was to use my car as a template for front and rear kits, but nothing ever happened.
Besides, I doubt you'll need anything more than Sagaris discs (or the new 330mms) unless it's for serious track use. The stock APs are pretty damn good.

I am with Dan, the brakes on the cars are just fine for a modified S6 car individuals might want to upgrade for looks though. I have to say last year I was starting to run out of brakes at Donny of all places and I might up grade them to six pots on the front but still ok to fit 18's.
