Discussion
Looks like its on the OPC AUL - no pics yet.
1189 miles registered 01/14 with the following spec:
20-inch GT3 wheel
Centre console trim Aluminium brushed
Chrono Package Plus
Club sports package
Cruise control
Floor mats
Lifting system front axle
Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB)
Porsche Communication Management (PCM) including navigation module with universal audio interface
Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
Smoking package
Sound Package Plus
Sports Bucket Seats

POA (of course), I'm guessing £125-130k, lovely spec but I'm not a fan of white. Nice car for someone though!

I make it £115,860 on the road. £20k premium and it's got the plastic dash, there's better value with the other cars that are around.
I wonder how the premium is split between the OPC and the customer. Would it be £10k each?
Does this make the dealers look after the speculators in the knowledge they will bring it back after they've scratched the itch for a month, then customer makes £10k and dealer makes £10k in addition to his full margin when he sold it at retail.
Like someone said before on the other thread, it's just like the Rolex Daytona scenario. For years and years I hade my name on the waiting list and I had bought several other watches from the dealer, then I found out the manager was selling the watches to his mates who were in turn selling them on at a premium, and who knows how they splitting the premium.
I saw a waiting list at a Rolex dealer at which I'd bought a few watches from including a few Rolexes , when I complained about folk from down south being on the waiting list that had no previous buying history , the manager " sorted " me a Daytona within 4 weeks , this was years before the bubble burst and just confirmed what I had thought all along , manipulation of the market by Rolex and their dealersI wonder how the premium is split between the OPC and the customer. Would it be £10k each?
