Which Electric Toothbrush?

I've just bought an Oral B Professional Care 3000 from Boots for a bargain price of £50 (i've not opened it yet).

I've just read some reviews online and people are saying don't bother and buy something else....

What would you recommend?

I have a Philips Sonicare that has been good and keeps my gnashers nice and clean.

I use the Oral-B one, have use them for 25 years, don't see the need for anything else.

I use the Oral B ones, but the £10 2xAA version. They work fine with rechargeable batteries, so you don't need to take a charger on holiday.

Others do say the Philips Sonicare(?) ones are better...

I use manual...but family have Oral-B and a sonic care.

Ours is a 5000, fantastic especially with the polishing heads. Wouldn't go back to manual & when I travel I use a cheapy electric but notice the difference.

I have a similar oral b, very good, especially if you're like me and a bit rubbish at brushing with a manual brush.

The professional care range is better then the boggo standard oral b. Make sure you don't still scrub with it and move it along slowly tooth to tooth at 45deg angle.

Oh and don't forget to clean interdentally, otherwise you're only cleaning half your teeth and your breath will smell of onions!
