So long as your chicken isnt cut too thick I see no reason why not and with most things, you never know until you try!

Tonight I'm going to also have a go at Sweet and sour chicken balls with egg fried rice along with some more Chilli chicken.

Also going to do Chinese french beans with garlic for the full takeaway experience.

Once you get used to deep frying chinese food in a wok, you can really make better-than-restaurant stir fries.

Two woks, so you can lift the lightly fried chicken out of one then stir fry it with the sauce in the second gives you the sauce-soaked crunchy coating you get in restaurant kung pao etc.
