Has anybody heard any more on this?
Last I saw from official sources was this: http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/newsroom/cf/itemdet... and the mentioned time limit of 2 months is now well and truly up (over a month ago).

Looking to take our XI off the market because of this and go through the pain of getting it into France
