feeling the cold . . . .how come
Discussion
over the last couple of years i have noticed how i have started to feel the cold. i never really got too bothered about it in the past, but these days i seem to reach for the heating controls both in the car and the house. I am 46, just had one of those GP recommended 'well man checks' blood, weight urine etc, and was told all is fine, So can you do anything about this or is it typical of middle age ???
weight is probably much the same, i am 5'6 i guess and probably 11 stone, never been to a gym, dont do any exercise other than walk or take the bike for a pedal, but these are occasional things, i dont consider myself a couch potatoe ! weekends i am in the garage tinkering around, so i could certainly make a change here. meant to add, diet wise, i cook most meals from scratch, love a stir fry, risotto, curries, pasta, dont eat a whole lot of fish, but i dont buy ready meals or that sort of grub. not sure any of that helps but. . .now you know !

Thyroid possibly?
i mentioned this when i was at the Quacks, and the said their test of blood would show if this was an issue. . .so i guess not. I wondered if a change of diet might bring about a change, its no big deal but i was curious as to what the mighty PH collective might suggest.Arun Jumpers for me from now on i guess !!
You'll be ill soon...
with worry! Just get on with your life, there's nowt wrong with you.
I feel the cold, I hate the bloody cold. Some feel it more than others. I wrap up when it's freezing, but my postie mate will be about in 'shorts'! Sometimes even bare arms while I'm shivering.
Yet come the early summer he'll be delivering and have a thick shirt on, while I love the sun and be bared chested.
People are different.
Stop worrying and don't follow the so-called 'healthy eating' agenda.
Look what's happened to all those who do, they're all obese!!!
