Does modification friendly warranty exist?

Does such a company exist that'll cover a modified car in terms of remap etc?

Only manufacturer approved ones, such as Mountune (Ford)

Sorry, I should've written 'extended' warranty. We've a Focus with Mountune and the standard manufacturer warranty cover covered Mountune, but the extended Ford warranty doesn't

But in this instance, we're looking at modding an Audi but would like to try and keep warranty of we can or if even possible...?
