See thread below. They seem to have re-aligned their product to the market (and to Noble) - also seem be going for a single turbo, if I'm reading it right...

Not sure about the single/twin turbo. I didn't query that when I was talking to them.

Ted, I was assuming a single turbo as the text didn't say bi-turbo/twin-turbo. If their non-turbo will put out 270bhp that's good seeing as the, to come, single turbo-ed M12 GTC is said to put out 290bhp!

"Both a turbo and a non-turbo (270bhp) version will be available. Prices will start at a Noble threatening £48K for the normally aspirated version rising to around £56K for the turbo."

Yep, understand that. I didn't write that phrase to particularly indicate one turbo or two - I forgot to ask.

Well this will be interesting. If they can get to market at that price (a big if imho), then I've got a feeling noble will have to raise its game with regards to styling and interior design.

good luck to them though, its a nice looking car.

Looks a real winner stylistically, but will be seriously lacking in grunt based on the 270bhp as per the article. Would have been good to see what the Audi block was capable of though........

Can only be good for us buyers with more competition in the market.

They had MAJOR build quality issues with thier cars at the NEC, but it did look nice. I must admit though, one of the things that would have sold it to me was the 3.6(?) Audi engine.

Martin.

Didn't it start off with a BMW v8 from the old M5 originally (back when it as 130k or whatever), or am I confusing it with the Ascari?

That was the Ascari - it started out with the 2.7TT V6 from the RS4 IIRC
